What is the turn-around time?

Once an order is placed, it can take up to 2 weeks to reach you - all depending on holiday mail traffic. We appreciate our USPS and UPS partners that help us deliver our packages to you! 

Can I track my order?

Once you order, you will get a tracking number and progress bar in your email. You're able to track your order through these tools so you know how far along in the production and delivery process your order is.

What brand is used for the clothing material?

We utilize Gildan (so soft!) in unisex sizes.

Are the sweatshirts true to size?

Yes! But for that oversized look, we recommend sizing up by one or two sizes - depending on your desired level of oversized comfort.

Order Cancellations:

Cancellations can be refunded only up to 24 hours after the order is placed. We will begin production on your order after the 24 hour grace period.
